Privacy Policy

PrintCost Studio is designed so that entered calculation values are processed in your browser. The current site does not transmit your print parameters to an application server, does not require user accounts and does not use paid APIs.

Local storage

By default, the calculator saves your latest input values in browser localStorage under printcost.studio.settings.v1. Uncheck Remember my inputs on this device under the calculator to delete saved inputs immediately and stop saving new values. The separate preference printcost.studio.remember.v1 records your decision to leave saving disabled, but contains no print settings or prices. Reset deletes saved inputs and restores example values without changing your saving preference. You can also clear all data through your browser's site-data controls. Saved values do not sync across devices.

Hosting and network traffic

Opening the website still sends ordinary HTTP requests to the site's hosting provider, which may process IP addresses and standard request metadata. This version has no analytics, third-party fonts, advertising trackers, cookies set by the application, or uploaded print-file processing. If analytics or advertising is added in the future, the policy and relevant consent handling must be updated first.

Estimates

Your input values stay in your browser; downloaded CSV files and printouts are saved using your device. Calculation results are estimates, not verified purchase prices or financial advice.
