PrintCost Studio provides free FDM printing cost and selling-price estimates from your inputs. This is a planning aid, not a verified quote, invoice, tax calculation or professional assessment.

Using the calculators

Review the actual material, time, power, labor, failure, shipping and fee assumptions before you use an estimate commercially. No signup, subscription or payment is required for the current tools.

What the estimates include

Our methodology describes the mathematical assumptions, with reproducible examples. Actual print failures, material waste, maintenance and third-party fees may differ. Taxes and costs you have not entered are not automatically included.

Availability and data

There is no promise of uninterrupted access or suitability for a specific production operation. Calculations run locally in your browser; see Privacy for stored settings and hosting information.

Corrections and support

For a reproducible error, use the contact page or the public GitHub tracker. Avoid publishing confidential order data. Terms last reviewed November 3, 2026.
